Learn From A Cat

In a day that we have learned so much from each other,
we can turn to other animals for further instruction on living.
Here a cat tells it like life is...

1.  Indulge in the joy of sitting at the window and
observing the activity of the neighborhood.

2.  Avoid biting when a simple hiss will do.

3.  Chose your favorite people and be loyal.

4.  Delight in the simple joy of a welcoming lap.

5.  When others invade your territory, remain out
of sight until you have time to check them out.

6.  If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.

7.  Romp, play and climb trees frequently.

8.  Take naps and stretch several times daily.

9.  When loved ones come home, always acknowledge
      them  with a senuous caress.

10.  When someone is having a bad day, be silent,
sit close by and nuzzle them gently.
